« We had delays getting to the island and when we got to the villa it was dark and had to call to ask where the lockbox was. It also looked like someone was using the villa before we got there because it was not totally clean. Sand on the Ping-Pong table, crumbs in the toaster oven and microwave, and the kitchen counter was sticky. The bathroom was clean, but the mold and peeling paint was not very inviting. « Rick’s property was breathtaking. Beautiful view, private & spacious w/ a centralized location for easy travel anywhere on the island. House was equipped w/ everything you can ask for & more. Rick was also truly helpful w/ providing a full list of recommendations, excursions & referrals throughout the island.
