Great set up, I love that each room has a bathroom. The hot tub is perfect! I could do without the door alarms, I understand it’s Florida law. But they are annoying lol. Host was very responsive.

The house was great for our family, especially the outdoor spaces. We do wish there were some spices - even some salt and pepper. Also additional toilet paper and trash bag liners would have been helpful.

Very nice place

The place is obviously spectacular. So this is a very critical review. Main kitchen fridge should be counter depth. You kind of laugh about it at first as a small issue, But after a while it gets annoying. Would be nice if they at least had some salt and pepper as a staple, but there is literally nothing. Fridge filter seemed really old, but there is another fridge.. Lots of devices set on eco mode. (Ice makers, A/C) but lots of easy ways to work around. Overall: 9.5 / 10.

Enjoyed our stay!

The location of the house is perfect. The pool and spa were very nice. The overall experience was great! Bean point beach and the rod real pier are great and within short walking distance! We seen dolphins from the master balcony at the house twice and from the pier once. Alcohol is not allowed on beaches on AMI. This was not a deal breaker for our group but a good thing to share with people considering the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay of Christmas

We enjoyed our stay at Back to Blue. The house is a great size and the layout of the bedrooms worked out well for our group of 6. A few things to note: the listing says it has a "heated" pool; however, it uses a heat pump which is not the same as a "heated" pool where it is run by gas and you can adjust the temperature. The heat pump is dependent upon the ambient temperature of the air. We were not told about this until a few days before we arrived. As it was chilly over Christmas, the pool water was also quite chilly so we were not able to enjoy the pool, and the "hot" tub was certainly not hot!. Also, this house has many doors that exit to the outside of the house/pool and as such, have alarms on them which is the law in Florida. I think door alarms is something that should be noted in all Florida listings for those of us not accustom to the law! We eventually got used to hearing them go off :)

First AMI trip

The house is great. The location is perfect with the beach access a very short walk away. The furnishings of the house were very nice and comfortable. The decorating was very pretty. We all enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and yard games. The set up with the bedrooms and suite worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples. We rented golf carts and enjoyed using those. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Wonderful Place and Location

We had a great trip with our family of 7. Plenty of rooms for everyone, beautiful outside space with easy access to bean point beach ( 2 min walk), pine st, rod and reel ( half block away). Pool is large with hot tub and outside space was great with yard games, dining areas, and space to play. In-law suite was perfect, great decoration, modern decor and had a very new feel. We rented bikes to get around the island and if you can order a golf cart another easy way to get around the island. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend for families and friends alike. Similar to other comments, supplies are limited such as toiletries, salt and pepper etc. If you plan ahead not a problem as we had groceries and supplies delivered from Publix. Great stay!

What you see is what you get - comfortable, clean, spacious in a great location. Very quiet. Nice backyard and pool. We would definitely rent again. Only heads up for other renters is that paper supplies and cleaning supplies, soap, etc very limited. Have to bring all you own basically if you stay for more than a day. No tissues or laundry detergent. Not a big deal but would have been good to know.

Perfect location

This is one of the best houses we have state din on Anna! We could walk to rod and reel pier or the beach. It was a quiet end of the island! The backyard is beautiful and they have everything you can think of to have fun. The house was clean and new and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Also the rental company was so responsive and helpful.

This property was just as the description stated. It is a beautiful home with a beautiful pool and spa area. The home was extremely clean. Other than food, this place had everything you could need. I highly recommend it.

this house exceeded out expectations. It is amazing, it has everything you can wish for and more. The house itself was beautiful, from decor to furniture (and more) it has it all!!! Kitchen was amazing to cook in, or order out from and eat in. Location to the beach was perfect, but if you do not want the beach the pool was amazing. Big enough for 7 adults to not feel like they were on top of each other, with plenty of seating in the pool as well. If you needed shade, comfortable seating in the shade was available. Walking distance to Rod N Reel, as well as Pine Street. Plenty of space for us to play cards at night, plus they provided recreation with foosball, table tennis and corn hole. This house is just amazing and we made many great memories here.
