Very nice property and well maintained. Rooms were nice and had plenty of room for our party of 10. Check in was very easy and the staff at Anna Maria Life Rentals were always available for any questions or suggestions. The proximity to the Newton beach access point is great. Easy walk and not to crowded. Also has plenty of beach chairs for you to use and a couple of umbrellas that can be used on a very light wind day. Love the property and would stay again.

AMI dream!

We have stayed at this property 2 years in a row and love it. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There were several beach chairs and a wagon for us to use during our stay. One of the best parts of the house is that the house hangs over the pool area which keeps the pool shaded and cool! It was nice to jump in after the hot walk back to the house from our days at the beach. The home itself was clean and had plenty of space for the 11 of us (adults and kids) that have stayed there. We needed a crockpot during this stay and just had to mention it once and it appeared at the house for our use. The location of this house is great too—3-4 minute golf cart ride to north shore cafe, two scoops ice cream, donuts, pizza and local shopping. We will be back!

Fabulous home, excellent location!

We loved staying at this home on AnnaMaria Island. It is located on the desirable North End of the island.. quiet, beautiful, peaceful. It has full access to the beach, which is very secluded, without many people on it at all.. even during the warmerst,sunniest most beautiful of days. So the location is a five star plus!The home its self is beautiful. it is even better than the photos show, if that’s even possible! It’s extremely clean, well appointed and fulfilled all our needs. The open spaces for the living room, dining room and kitchen made for a great area for our family to congregate and spend time together. Each of us had a wonderful bedroom suite, that was spacious, quiet and comfortable.. they gave us a place to retreat to, away from the rest of the home. I had the third floor all to myself, with three king suites.. my two kids chose the main floor, and had wonderful spaces to themselvesThe main floor (dining kitschy living room) had an easy access deck off the back overlooking the gulf. As did my third floor suite.. it was so nice to have access to the outdoors while being inside the home. The pool outside was a great place for us to spend time when we were not in the beach. There were plenty of outdoor games and activities to so there, and more then enough accessories for the beach, which is a very short walk away. We loved this home.. and are grateful the owners offered us such a wonderful place to stay for our vacationSTAY IN THIS HOME!

Spring break for the whole family!

We LOVED this property! It was perfectly laid out for families to come together and enjoy one another and also be able to separate if need be. The pool and game room was a major kit for the kids. The open kitchen was so nice for being able to keep the conversation going while cooking dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable to all the shops and cute restaurants. Would love to come back some day in the future!

Great house and very close to the beach!

We had a great time at Beachology! Our two families of five each had plenty of room and we even had some visitors during our stay with room for them as well. The beach was so close and it was super easy to get to with the eight provided chairs to the sand with the large wheeled beach cart that was also provided. The bay side beach was a quick three or four minute golf cart ride away which we were able to enjoy on rougher days on the golf side. We would definitely return to this house. But they need to replace the dishwasher, the bottom spinner is broken so it struggles to get the dishes clean.

Great Location and Stay

We brought our family (2 adults, 3 kids). House was spacious and comfortably furnished. Right around the corner from the beach. The pool is covered and the outdoor space is nice. Smallest complaint which is that the pool max temp can only be 85 degrees (and covered so not warmed by sun) which was only an issue with young baby Would definitely come back in the future.

We had a wonderful spring break at Beachology!The house was well outfitted with everything we needed...including beach chairs and towels. The location is just steps from the sand and an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Home on Bean Point

This was an annual girl’s trip for our group of women who have been friends for 50+ years. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Beachology. The house offered plenty of room for our group of 8 to sleep, share meals, play games and do some fun arts and crafts. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and about 10 minutes to the bay to view beautiful sunrises. It was so refreshing to take a dip in the pool after a full day in the sun. The local restaurants did not disappoint - Rod & Reel Pier, The Sandbar and The Porch (our favorite). We hope to return to Beachology on Anna Maria Island again in the future.

Multigenerational family of 9 annual beach week!

House is in a great location. Public beach access is directly across from side street (Newton), the sign is hidden by overgrown seagrape trees. Use the alley for entrance directly to outdoor showers and pool. The house is beautiful. The only flaw in every room was the beds. All the beds are super firm and uncomfortable. I heard bed complaints all week from everyone. The house was clean but I did notice that the lower stacked dishes weren't the cleanest. A sprinkler head broken during our stay, the company was out quickly to repair. The worker was very nice and professional.

Great location!

My family and I just stayed here with a few friends and we absolutely loved it. Plenty of rooms for everyone and we loved that it was a 2 min walk to the beach for sunset. We have kids ranging 7-2 and it was extremely kid friendly! So many toys and outside toys for them to play with along with a ton of beach toys and chairs. The rental company was great they came by a few times to drop a few things off we didn’t even no we needed. We will definitely be coming back next year!

GREAT LOCATION OUR Favorite ever!

We've been coming to Anna Maria for the past 20 years. we've stayed all over the island, Bean Point is our favorite area. We loved our stay at Beachology!!! The only thing that was not great at all was the beach gear. As mentioned on the house description it came with beach chairs, cart and umbrellas. Unfortunately, that was not the case chairs and carts are broken or in really bad shape. It was really painful bringing stuff to the beach. Hoepfully, it will get fixed, and we can look forward to another stay at Beachology.

Very Accommodating!

This house was just right for our extended family of 10! The location was a short stroll to beach access and we loved staying on the north end of the island with quick access to the northern point. We saw manatee and a stingray at the beach during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room, pool, game room, and balconies were all well-used! We would absolutely stay here again! My one request would be to add locks to the interior doors for privacy. We found the downstairs bathroom was the only one in the house. Lovely home!

Great place for a beach getaway!

This was an awesome place for a much needed winter getaway with a group of friends. You couldn't ask for a much better location (only a couple minute walk to beach access as stated in the listing. Plus the access point is a bit secluded, so the beach isn't very busy compared to other sections). The pool area offered a nice alterative to the beach. The pool is big enough for 7+ people, and the TV and patio set make it a great hangout spot. The house was clean and very up-to-date. Kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for large groups, with lots of pots, pans, etc. we used for seafood feasts. Bedrooms are pretty spacious (especially the master suite with the balcony) and are spread out nicely in the house to offer some privacy. The game room in the garage was a great perk, too. We put the ping pong and foosball table to work on a couple of rainy nights. Truly a great value for the price!
