Happy Ours welcomes guests into a bright, open living space designed to capture the beauty of the Gulf from nearly every angle. The upstairs living room features comfortable seating, large windows, and coastal textures that reflect the natural surroundings.

Natural light pours through the windows while the expansive Gulf views provide a constant reminder of how close you are to the shoreline.

A spiral staircase connects the main living level to the lower level, creating two separate gathering spaces ideal for larger families or groups traveling together.

Downstairs, a relaxed second living room opens directly toward the dunes and beach access. With its finished concrete floors and laid-back coastal feel, it perfectly embraces the spirit of beachfront living where sandy feet and salty air are simply part of the experience.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property." *Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

- No Pets / No Smoking: This is a pet-free property, including emotional support animals (ESAs), except where otherwise required by applicable law. Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Due to homeowner allergies and sensitivities, we kindly ask guests traveling with service animals to consider whether one of our pet-friendly properties may better suit their needs. However, service animals are permitted as required by law, without additional fees or restrictions.
- Primary guest must be 25+ and remain on-site for the duration of the stay
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community
- Minimum Stay: Requirements vary by city ordinance and are often 7 nights. Please contact our office with any questions.
- Beach Gear: A rental credit is included with your stay; select items before arrival for delivery. Some items may be on-site but are not guaranteed.
- Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays with starter supplies provided. Mid-stay cleans required for stays over 28 days.
- Golf Carts: Reserve through Once Upon A Beach Carts for an exclusive guest discount.
- Security: Exterior cameras monitor entry points and equipment for safety and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.
- Accessibility: Home is not wheelchair accessible; stairs required.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Please carefully read your Cancellation Policy at time of booking to understand eligible refund windows. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
