Fantastic spot!

Really great location! Love the fenced in backyard with little ones running around. Only suggestion would be to provide guests with a few more of the necessities such as garbage bags and toilet paper.

Perfect

Perfect house for us, all one level, bedrooms separated by kitchen. Yard great for kids and dogs, and pool was nice as was the dock on canal.

Great place to spend a relaxing beach vacation. Walking distance to shops and some restaurants. Not far to beach either. But the pool in back yard is a nice quiet oasis. Refreshing and open all evening.

A Brief Encounter with Paradise

Everything was perfect! Our visit was 7days of relaxation, eating great food and fun in the sun!!! I highly recommend Anna Maria Island - very quaint old Florida appeal. We will return!!!

Amazing pool

Spacious home. Very clean, excellent vacation property. Near everything the dock is beautiful my family loved the fishing, fishing poles were provided. Pool was huge and clean. Thank you Henry for providing such an enjoyable experience.

Really AMAZING house and location

Loved everything about this house! The location, the yard with the pool, the layout of the house. Everything worked so well! It was a quiet neighborhood, felt super safe walking the dog early AM and late PM. Henry was the cherry on top! He came to visit us and was super sweet and really went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Would 100% rent this home again and again!

Everything we were looking for

If you're looking for a great location, close to food and shops, and the beaches, and with a pool as well. If you're bringing your dog with you, as we did and are concerned that the yard will be fenced properly to stop them from wondering then you can't beat this holiday home. If had everything we were looking for. Check in could not have been easier. We lost wifi after a storm and this was handled very quickly. They had spectrum (the provider) come out the same day and replace the faulty equipment. The only thing I would mention, and this is being picky, is that the dock is not well suited for using with canoes. Glad we checked that before renting the canoes. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and will probably be coming back next year.

We enjoyed our stay - quick walk to beach or bay, shops. Spacious house, kitchen has what you need to prepare meals. Spent lots of time in the pool! Would not hesitate to stay again.

I absolutely adored the location as well as the backyard of this property! It’s stunning to say the least! The property itself is a cute little beach house. However the cleanliness was less than desirable. I felt the need to do deep cleaning when I arrived of my own and was grossed out continuously by things such as black mold growing out of the air vents and on the bathroom walls. I am also a Floridian and know how hard it is to maintain mold. However it is doable. Otherwise. Everything else was great.

Great location

We enjoyed that this house was close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. That was a huge perk! The description of the house and amenities was accurate, but nothing more. We’ve never stayed at a house managed by a company and we realized that wasn’t our favorite experience. In other homes we have stayed in, previous renters left things behind like coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Or the owner leaves a welcoming package of coffee or other goodies. None of that is a deal breaker, just know it isn’t the case here. As the description says, it leaves just starter items like 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom, 2 laundry pods, and 2 dishwasher pods.

Awesome location and home

My family loved this home. Awesome location to beaches and restaurants. Very comfortable home and the beds are to die for. Pool was perfect and my husband loved sitting on the dock fishing. Everything you would need for a great vacation home.

Great location but wouldnt rent again

Positives: Great location, backyard is quite nice for a family to relax and enjoy. Beds were comfortable and clean. There was plenty of storage for groceries, clothes, etc. The fridge, washer and dryer, grill, stove, etc. all were great. Must Mention: Upon our departure, I reached out to the property management company with a few concners so they could be addressed for future guests. I followed up a few times and didnt get a reply so I feel an obligation to mention here (i would prefer not to). Upon arrival, the code provided did not work. After calling the emergeny line, we were provided a temporary code that we were told would be revised the next day. Noone reached out to us the next day or at all. Once entering the location, several windows were unlocked and a few windows could not be locked which was a bit unerving. After staying there several days, we discovered a live rat in the house in one of the bedrooms. Needless to say, this was less than ideal however i understand the house is on a canal and these things can happen. Again, after mentioning all these items to the rental company so they were aware, I dont feel confident that they will be addressed so feeling compelled to mention here.

Great beach vacation

We really enjoyed this past week in AMI. The house is comfortable, clean and has a great location. We rented a golf cart and explored the island, visiting a different beach every day. We have 4 kids (age 5-12) and they had a great time in the gorgeous backyard, swimming in the pool every single day and fishing from the dock every morning. The house is well stocked, the kitchen even has a cabinet with spices and useful things as olive oil, sugar, flour, etc. TVs worked great, beds were confortable. Thank you!

Anna Maria paradise

Absolutely love the layout and location of this house. The house is very clean and has any utensil you would need. We enjoyed walking to nearby Pine Ave with its many shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the dock in the back but didn’t have any luck catching fish. There is a few old fishing poles. House could definitely use a cooler. Remember you’re in Florida— bring bug spray! No trouble with mosquitos, but lots of no see ums. Overall we loved the house and will definitely be back. Anna Maria island is a gem!

Lovely home with lots of butterflies and birds

A lovely very spacious home with a nice layout with two bedrooms on each side of the house. Very well equipped kitchen, nice appliances. Large TVs in every room if that matters to you. Pool is large and outdoor space is beautiful. A nice little dock for your boat or kayak. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house!!! Very clean! This house has the perfect layout, excellent pool, great fishing canal in the back, and close to everything- You do not need a car. The beach is less than 10 min walk (I walk slow so probably more like 6-7 min). The bay is even closer (pier at end of street that had live music on Saturday night). Bike rentals right at end of street. Lots of fun shops and ice cream close by. Easy walk to a beach Restaurant. A general store close by as well. They have ice! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great appliances as well. HI quality kitchen pans/dishes/cups/wine glasses/ and silverware. Not cheap like other rentals. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of beach towels. Slim pickings on the shower towels, but we made do. Great washer and dryer. Great yard- quiet and very private. Lots of outdoor furniture. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there. WiFi worked great! TV's in every room. If you have little ones, the alarm on the back doors work great! Trust me. Kept setting them off. Lol. House came with beach wagon and a few chairs. Pool had a couple of noodles. Pool is great size. All seven of us in it at once with room to spare. It has a deep end for jumping which my kids loved. Ceiling fans in bedrooms with remotes and also a couple of portable fans which I appreciated for sleeping. Saw a highchair in one of the closets- didn't need- my kids are older but i imagine many people will be happy with that. Honestly I do not have any complaints. And to put it in perspective this was my 4th Florida stay in last 5 months. Oh, wait, forgot to mention the living room couches. They are electric recliners. Sooooo comfortable. 7 of us sat comfortably in living room at same time. Not overcrowded at all. Looking forward to staying at this house again. 100% recommend.

Great vacation!

Hawaiian Punch was nothing short of amazing! We stayed for a whole week. The size and layout of the house was perfect for multiple families with little ones! Good size kitchen and living space, great pool, and we loved the dock. Everything was very clean and well kept, comfy beds, and lots of space. Location was great! Only a couple blocks from the beach (easy to walk to), and close to some shops and restaurants. Would definitely consider renting this property again when we come back!
