Excellent location with a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and amazing cinnamon rolls at cafe next door. Home and outdoor areas were very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 8 adults and two infants. Nice appliances, cookware and plenty of silverware and plates in kitchen. Pool and spa were perfect temps and enjoyed all the games around the pool and grilling out one evening. Lots of various deck space for hanging out. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided were a plus. Communication from host was very proactive with prompt replies to any questions. Very enjoyable stay!

This is a very nice, newer construction property in a FANTASIC location steps away from the beach, many restaurants/bars and shops. We really enjoyed the multiple decks/views of sunrise and sunset. The interior is very spacious and clean. There were a couple issues with the exterior (some broken patio furniture, 'gifts' from a previous furry visitor, and pool/spa lights not working) but nothing that couldn't be dealt with or ruin our enjoyment of the property. Would definitely consider renting this location again!

Perfect Family and friends getaway

We had 11 people in our party and the house was perfect in size and location. The pool and outside area were perfect after long days at the beach. The kitchen was also perfect as it had all of the plates and silverware that we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and shops so the location is ideal. The check in and communication with the rental agency was perfect. We will be back -

Nice place, great location

Nice place, was our fifth trip to AMI but not our favorite rental. Solid 4 star. Pros: -perfect location -plenty of space -stocked with more cups/plates than you could need -warm pool, lots of beach towels and brand new beach chairs Minor cons: hallway toilet didn’t flush when we arrived so maintenance came to fix it quickly. One of the bedroom fans didn’t work. A ton of scuff marks all over the walls in bedrooms/living room. Like most rentals, you’re responsible for purchasing toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. Vacuum in the closet but it looks decades old and didn’t work too well.

Amazing stay in Anna Maria!

My family and I were a big group and this house was perfect for us. Lots of space for a group and our favorite things were the pool and rooftop. House was clean, property manager was great at communication, and you can't beat the location of this house. 5 minute walk to the beach and also a close walk to the pier, and a lot of restaurants / cafes right in walking distance. 10/10 would recommend this house if you're visiting Anna Maria.

Great House!

We had a wonderful time at the property. Super close to beach. Walkable to everything! Beds are comfortable! Pool and hot tub are awesome! Grill worked amazing. My family had a blast! Definitely will be booking again!

The good ,the bad,the overall

GOOD: -Excellent location and good amount of beds. Rooftop deck has an amazing view. Pool was 6ft deep and water was maintained well. Grill was in good shape. Multiple restaurants within a block made it easy to sample local cuisine. BAD: -Pool light didnt work and there was a broken light fixture left on top of the washer. -Light was out in the Water Closet of the master bath. We emailed non emergency contact the first night and never heard anything from them. Was not very fun using the toilet in the dark. You are basically threatened with a fine if they deem a request "not an emergency" -Never received the entry code and had to request it the night before we arrived -Dropped a few things and looking under the beds uncovered poorly cleaned floors. OVERALL- For the price this rental is, I think it's fair to expect the little things to be taken care of. That along with the other things mentioned make me say that,while it was a nice home, I think I would pick a less "corporate run" house on Anna Maria Island next time to see if they are more attentive instead of just turning and burning guests.

Poor service

Pool pump failed and took three visits of maintenance to get it fixed. Ceiling light fixture fell and shattered while granddaughter in her bed. Hot water inconsistent and periods of no water at all. Cleanliness poor overall. Reported all you and got no response!

We stayed at this property 2 years ago and had a fantastic stay which is why we booked it again. One of the highlights was the arcade system upstairs 2 years ago we played pacman and galaga frequently. My daughter ran upstairs to access the system and it was not working. The drains were extremely slow upstairs so showers and sink washing was done downstairs, there was thick mold around the plastic ring on the washer and soap dispenser. I put on gloves and scrubbers took me an hour of cleaning to make it semi usable. several of the knobs on the bathroom cabinets are loose and fall off. On the plus side, could not beat the location and easy walk to the beach, it is a beautiful home that appears to be poorly maintained compared to 2 years ago. My experience with management from our visit last year and 2 years ago was one of "We'll look into it and last year with an ant problem was told it would take 3 days to get anyone out so we handled ourselves; didn't think a game would be a priority so focused on other things. Overall we have been coming to AMI weekly for 10 years now and since there are many other choices of vacation sites would consider carefully.

Beautiful home with a perfect location

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was absolutely perfect. Right next to Ginny and Jane’s cafe (the best cinnamon rolls) and just a very short walk to the beach! The house came equipped with everything you could need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and wagon). The house itself was very clean and spacious. The rooms did lack dressers, making it difficult to unpack for the week, however there is plenty of space in the closets to hang your clothes. We loved the pool and hot tub and had no issues with the water temperature! The house did come with bikes but most of them had flat tires. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back!

Great place and close to the beach

We loved staying here on Anna Maria. Perfect location. The only complaint we had and not a big deal was the pool was not really warm enough to swim in much. But maybe the heater couldn't keep up with the cooler temps we had.

Perfect location!

This house was at a great location. Loved the cart to pull chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Family friendly house with an updated feel and room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. So many decks! So close to beach and restaurants. Was initially concerned re being next to one but never any noise or problem. Loved outdoor area. Only complaints are minor- door lock with code was not working at check in which created some stress. Also, pots and pans were all small so made cooking for large group a bit of a hassle. Plenty of everything else- especially cups and beach towels! I overlooked that you have to give 10 days notice to have hot tub heated, but temp was still swimmable.

Picture perfect.

Wrapping up a great week at Antigua Bay. We had a full house of 12 but never felt crowded. Beautiful house with a great layout. The outdoor area on the ground level is perfect for gathering in the evening and the pool table got plenty of use. Walking out to the street turn left for a very short walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets or turn right for a short walk to bay to watch the sunrise. Was concerned about the restaurant next door but you don’t even notice its there. They close at 4 and have great coffee and sticky buns. This place is perfect.

Nice amenities but negatives in other areas.

Beautiful house with amazing amenities! Biggest negative was the air conditioning downstairs because temperature is remotely controlled by management company and it was consistently warm. Also, not enough bath towels so requested additional (2 days for that delivery) or additional bed sheets for a quick change if necessary. Overall a nice stay!
