As you step into this island gem, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious open floor plan boasting 2100 sq ft of comfort and coastal charm. The inviting living room features a cozy sofa, an accent chair, and a smart flat-screen TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are two dining areas to enjoy meals together: a round high-top table for 4 guests and a larger dining table that seats an additional 6, offering plenty of room for everyone to gather and dine in style.



The kitchen is truly a chef’s dream featuring elegant quartz countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with extra cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare the perfect seafood feast.



The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a king-size bed, smart flat-screen TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. It also includes a dedicated office space with private access to the deck, as well as sliding doors that lead to your own private side patio ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
