« We brought our four granddaughters to Ironton for part of our annual Mema camp. This was a great place for us to stay for easy access to Johnson Shut-ins and Elephant Rock State Park. The house was perfect for what we needed and the girls loved playing outside in the lawn. »

« I went there with 3 of my lifelong friends to ride Harley Davidsons through the Arcadia Valley. The Olde Homestead is a beautifully remodeled property in a great location. The house is clean & newly furnished with 3 nice bedrooms (king & 2 fulls) and 2 full bathrooms, living room, etc. 2 decks/patio and a garage let you spend time outside regardless of the weather. The area is great for sightseeing, and it was great for motorcycle riding and the property is perfectly located for both....

« While we were in the middle of nowhere, it was still great. We kind of expect middle of no where when we visit family in Wappapello! The house was absolutely adorable and they had everything there for us! We booked it for Christmas, and the day after it was booked the owner called to ask if we wanted a Christmas tree and decorations. I was stunned and absolutely thrilled. We definitely weren’t expecting to have decorations but it was wonderful! We definitely want to go back on our next visit! »

« Property was in decent order and repair, although there were no trash bags or toilet paper. Inside the home was a little dirty but overall fairly clean. Internet is EXTEREMELY slow, mostly unusable. »

« This property is perfect for anyone that desires a secluded getaway. The grounds are vast with amazing views and trails for the nature lover. The owner, Linda, is wonderful and responds quickly to texts. The dining table had a tray of snacks and candy that was enjoyed after long hikes. Also had K-cups for that much needed quick cup of Joe. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my beloved golden doodle, he also gives The Loft of Arcadia 5 woofs!!! »

« The house is nice and cozy and clean. The furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil and pans. LOTS of towels and toilet paper! The owners are very nice and accommodating. Ice and firewood are available for inexpensive cash purchase on property. Very easy access to the lake and marina. The only challenge was the WiFi. It worked ok for some streaming services, but less so for anything else. We had a lot of fun. Hope to see you again soon! »
