« Had a beautiful stay at Mikaline & Jason’s cottage in the Edge of Fundy. Communication from our hosts was great and they made sure we had more than we needed to enjoy our stay. Make sure you have their directions handy as service is spotty and you can’t fully relay on Google Maps. But once you’re there it’s a serene spot. Watching the sunset & the stars is a must. »

« Peaceful, quiet. I like how a guest service team member came to check in with me abiut a half hour after I git settled in, wanting to know if there was anything I needed. And they also built my fire for me in the fire pit, so I would have no trouble getting it going. It's those little niceties that make me feel very much at home. And allows me to truly relax. I love it there! »

« We loved our stay, and only wished we could have stayed longer! What a beautiful and peaceful location right on Scot’s Bay. The cottage was immaculately clean. What a perfect set up the cottage is for a family or even two separate families or several couples. The cottage is so tastefully and creatively decorated and well equipped with everything you need. We fell in love with the place and hope to go back! »

« We really enjoyed our stay, especially how beautiful the property is. Sitting in the window of the cottage, watching the views with coffee, was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to get back again throughout the summer months, but recommend booking a cottage at any time of year. »

« Very beautiful property and the location is perfect. We had a great time and everything was the way it was presented online. The owner was easy to communicate with. And you aren’t too close to the neighbors so you have some privacy I would 100% recommend this spot »

« The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. »

« Nous avons trouvé Chester était assez central pour passer soit la journée dans les secteurs de Lunnenburg, Mahone Bay, Peggy's Cove, Wolfville etc... La section de la maison destinée aux locataires est très représentative des photos. Toute les commodités sont presentes. Salle de bain nouvellement rénovée. Le seul hic se retrouve à l'extérieur, l'aménagement semble super en photo, mais le deck près de l'eau est dangereux, aucune rambarde. Une installation vitrée serait parfaite. En ce moment le...

« We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Sunset Bank Cottage.Our goal was to relax, unwind and explore the area as we wished. From the cottage, we explored Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and vistas along St. Margaret's Bay. Upon arrival, I knew the photos of the cottage looked great, but I was not prepared for how perfect the cottage was for the two of us - it was tastefully decorated, spotless, comfortable, and included thoughtful touches like hand-written notes about the area...

« We were looking for a quiet getaway at the edge of the world, no destracrions, no noise, and that's exactly what we got. Host was very responsive and courteous. We felt very taken care of and they even returned forgotten items to us after we'd left. Room was very clean and there was lots to do to fill the time. Would highly recommend, will be staying again! »
