What a wonderful villa! From checking in to checking out it was fantastic.Mick and Pam were superb, never intrusive but always their if we needed them and they were always happy to help.The villa had everything you need, buetifully decorated and so clean everywhere, bedrooms and bathrooms out of this world, high class hotel type. The pool was anazing and warm with the heat option. Views tremendous abd l9cation perfect for a family with the commercial centre 10 min walk and town a further 15 min walk but a nice walk that our 5 year old grandaughter didnt mind at all, out 12 year old grandson had endless good times in the pool as did we all.Full tv package and i mean full, games aplenty in the villa and alao excellent pool table. Great communication from the owner mike and again mixk and pam brilliant.Overall the best villa we have stayed in and we have stayed in over 10, you will not regret booking this villa, exellwnt in every way.Thanks and regards Ian and gaynor

Lovely Villa

the villa is lovely and spacious, it is located about a 10/15 minute walk from McDonalds and the Atlantico Shopping Mall, there are several food places at the back of the mall. To get to the mall it is safer to go through the under road tunnel just behind McDonalds than try and cross the road. There used to be a petrol station and small shop beside McDonalds however, they are building something else in this space now (not sure what though).There is a lovely walk from the Atlantico via the shore front to Caleta De Fuste, this walk is about 30 minutes and worth it as it is a lovely wee area. There is not many bars that don't do food however, but they all do drinks. Would recommend the British Corner Pub for drinks and the Fado Rock steakhouse for food, Lin's place for Breakfast and eating, so yummy and friendly in all of them, we went several times and each time not disappointed. The villa itself is great, the owner Michael replies back to all emails and queries. The pool was lovely and cleaned once during our 11 day stay. The grounds of the villa is so roomy, inside the villa is lovely, with all things we need. There are some items that previous people have left within the bedroom ensuite cupboard that can be handy if you have forgotten to bring things.Fuerteventura is very windy, although most days it was needed to cool down. First week i would say was very cloudy, but very warm. This was our first time visiting the island and would be back again as we loved it.

I can't ever remember giving 5 stars in any review before, but I'm breaking all the rules with Villa Patricia. It's a lovely villa - spacious and well furnished and with a lovely pool as well. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, the bed was comfortable, there were lots of outdoor chairs and loungers - and a bottle of fizzy rose in the fridge when we arrived. I took some books, but there were some on the shelves there as well. Pam and Angie came to change the bedding part way through our stay and were friendly and efficient.

Lovely break

We had a great break over Christmas at the villa. There is plenty of space, both inside and out, was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean. We enjoyed having use of the swimming pool and pool table. Communication was good with both the owner and property manager. The villa is in a nice quiet location a short walk away from the shopping centre which has plenty choice of places to eat. We would definitely consider returning.

The villa was lovely, it was in a nice quiet area with a 10 min walk to supermarket few restaurants/bars and only couple of minute taxi to harbour. Perfect villa for families we paid extra for the heated pool and it was lovely, my son enjoyed the pool table and games. Karen and angie was lovely nothing was too much trouble thank you for a lovely week if we come back to fuerteventura we would be sure to book again

We had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Cooper, the villa is as described, has everything you need, the outdoor bbq area is great! We made use of the BBQ! The villa is only 10-15min walk to the Atlantico, Eurospar is great! Karen was great, prompt responses & Angela was available during our stay. Would highly recommend!! Thanks for having us.

Fantastic Villa

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Cooper. The villa is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its clean, comfortable and is a real home away from home. The outlook over the golf course is really lovely and the pool is fabulous! We hope to come back again soon - we have more to see and do!

Lovely Villa

The property is well presented, clean with quality furnishings throughout and recently refurbished bathrooms. It has a well stocked kitchen and a really good sized warm swimming pool. Karen the owner was extremely helpful,Ryanair changed my flights and Karen was able to accommodate this change to which I was extremely grateful for.The villa is located 10 mins walk from the Atlantico centre, a further 25-30 mins into the centre of Caleta.The villa is located at the edge of the golf course and it was lovely to look out onto the course and see the variety of birdlife, bee eater and hoopee to name a couple.We hired a car for a few days which was a good way to see the island,however if you prefer to relax around the villa this accomodation also fits the bill .I would not hesitate in booking the villa again

Beautiful Villa!!!!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The villa had everything we needed and more for our stay. The pool is brilliant and spent most of our time in there. Owners answered any questions straight away and any issues would be sorted straight away. The only thing we didn't receive was our welcome pack but I think this was due to giving us an early check in free of charge so when we arrived was just been finished by the cleaning team. It's about a 50 min walk to centre but a few bars/restaurant about 20 mins away but this depends on how fast you walk. Taxis are really good and can be booked and cheap. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here if you don't mind a walk or are going to be eating at the villa or don't mind getting taxi's.

ANKOMMEN, ENTSPANNEN UND WOHLFÜHLEN!!! Die Villa bietet das ideale Zuhause für die Familienferien auf Fuerteventura. Man betritt das Haus und fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, toller wunderschöner Garten inkl. Grillplatz. Auch die Lage, ist ideal, um Ausflüge in den Norden, den Süden und ins Landesinnere der Insel machen zu können. Der Pool rundet alles perfekt ab.

Lovely and Homely Villa

Just returned from a really enjoyable 2 week stay at Villa Cooper and would recomend this smashing Villa to anybody as the Accomodation, Communication and Support from beginning to end was 1st Class. We have rented quite a few villa's over the years but the first thing to say on arrival was that the welcome pack supplied was the most complete and comprehensive we have had anywhere and the villa was spotless throughout. Karen the owner was very helpful and responsive during the booking and arrival processes and Angela the villa manager visited us on our 1st complete day to ensure we were comfortable and sort any issues, which we greatly appreciated. There were only 2 of us staying and the villa felt huge but I am sure a larger party would have felt the same, as every inch of outside space is utilised to provide different options for the guests. Inside the villa every room is very nicely decorated with homely touches that you often dont get in rental properties. The Villa is is situated in a nice quiet residental area but close enough to the shopping centre and Caletta town centre that you dont feel you are far away from everything on offer day or night. It was a bit of an indulgence for us to rent this place for just 2 of us but we have no regrets whatsoever and suggest anyone considering doing the same to just go for it !

Fantastic - best villa we have ever stayed in.

A truly wonderful place to stay - the villa was everything we wanted and more!! Everything within the villa was brilliantly designed, but it also retained a ‘home from home’ feel. The outside space was also excellent, from the heated pool to the pool table, and there are so many places to catch the sun. It made for a truly memorable holiday and we hope to return in the future.

Sehr sauber und gepflegt zu empfehlen gerne immer wieder

Ein sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort. Viel Platz, wunderschönesr Außenbereich so gut wie nicht einsehbar. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin beziehungsweise Managerin im Haus war alles vorhanden sogar einige Lebensmittel waren für uns schon eingekauft außerdem gibt es ausreichend frische HandTücher und saubere Bettwäsche. Das Haus liegt an einem schönen Strand der in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist das kleine Städtchen bietet verschiedenste Möglichkeiten an .Man findet einen kleinen Supermarkt verschiedene Geschäfte und Gaststätten hier war für uns besonders das Piero zu empfehlen Wir haben einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus genießen dürfen.

Amazing Villa

This was our first stay in a holiday villa, the pictures on the website do not do it justice, the place was impeccably clean, an excellent welcome pack for us. Villa Cooper is a beautiful villa in a lovely location

When we arrived and opened the front gate we thought wow. Upon entering the villa we were not disappointed the attention to be detail was fabulous. The Villa manager Angela checked that every thing was ok.
