The Space:

A bright and welcoming coastal retreat, this stylish beach-inspired home is perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxed seaside escape. Designed for comfort and easy living, it offers a peaceful setting just minutes from the ocean and local conveniences.



Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring quality appliances, making meal preparation effortless. The space opens onto a private balcony, ideal for enjoying fresh coastal air. A second living area downstairs provides extra room to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite, walk-in robe and balcony access. Additional bedrooms are perfect for families, offering flexible bedding options. A day bed in the living area provides an additional two single beds allowing up to 10 guests to stay upon request.



For families, there is a high chair, porta-cot and baby gates for the stairs.



All bedrooms have floor to ceiling blockout blinds and new beds with memory foam mattresses (no springs). The master bedroom also includes a desk and desk chair for working from home.



Outdoors, a fully enclosed yard provides a safe space for children, along with a BBQ area for casual meals and an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after the beach. The home is thoughtfully stocked with board games and puzzles, as well as outdoor equipment including a backyard cricket set, totem tennis and beach gear.



With full laundry facilities and thoughtful amenities throughout, everything is in place for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
