« Property could use a good overhaul. I initially went to the wrong room and the door frame was busted so the door wasn't even actually close shut. I pushed it open, the TV was on, and personal items on the furniture where the TV was sitting. Immediately I left because I knew someone was in that room (not at that moment, thankfully). The showers are awful, takes a while to get the water to come on and then sometimes hard to shut off. It could be cleaner. When you walk around on the floor in socks...

« My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary.
