The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we didn't arrive on time they gave me a call, more worried that something happened to us than anything. We arrived late to a warm, lit cabin. The cabin was clean, modern, had great facilities, and comfortable beds.

good Ararat caravan park
acacia is a very neat and well maintained caravan park. it has several different styles of on site accommodation. we had a 2 bedroom cabin at the front of the park. very clean and tidy. well equipped. the bedrooms are small but manageable. each had a double bed and a wall mounted TV. couple of hooks and a bedside unit were the only storage. our only issue was the noise from the trains and highway traffic. easy walk into town centre and less than 10 minute walk to Woolworth. very nice place to stay for 1 or 2 nights

Our stay at Acacia was fantastic! The cabin was beautiful, very clean and a great space, easily fitting our family of 4. The camp kitchen, with BBQ, coffee, book exchange, and more, and leisure activities (trampoline, pool, indoor and outdoor games etc) were all really thoughtful, showing the owners really care and genuinely consider their guests and their needs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and check in and out was seamless. Would definitely recommend this as the best place to stay in Ararat, we will certainly come again!

The cabin could sleep 6 with 2 separate bedrooms. It was very clean with expected amenities. Staff were welcoming and polite. The park it close to many attractions and the town centre. There was some noise from the highway and trainline but otherwise was a pleasant stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with a very smooth and quick check in process. Lovely cabin that had everything we need. Heater was on when we arrived so nice and warm. Communal firepit was a bonus too.

well maintained caravan park
We stayed for 3 nights in the 2 bedroom Executive cabin. The cabin is in excellent condition. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas cooktop and full-size fridge. The bathroom is very clean. The caravan park has a playground and lots of other interesting things around to keep my 2YO entertained. The location is very convenient and it's only a short drive to nearly Woolworths and Macdonald.

I liked that it was very clean & we were in a cabin at the back , only downfall is being so close to the train line, but there wasn’t a lot of trains going through, I had a very good nights sleep as did my son, staff were very friendly & polite, happily stay there again

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Gave us info about Ararat - book on what to do, where to go, dining etc. Nice little holiday park. Gravel was an inconvenience but not a major problem. Cabin was nice and clean and cosy. Kids said beds were hard though. Pool was nice and small. Overall not a bad experience for a first time there and for one night.

Nice and clean and tidy, has everything you could need or want. Owners were lovely. Park was kept very well. I especially loved the christmas decorations throughout the park!
