Hotel Arden

« Breakfast was good , found few worms in the Bathroom »

« Absolutely beautiful place. It was so warm and cozy and extremely clean. The check-in process had a tiny hiccup, having to send my phone number twice and still not getting a response so I had to call them but once I called, they were very responsive and I received all the codes needed to check-in and did not have any issues. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Fast check in, friendly staff, very convenient with complimentary airport shuttle and so close to the airport. Good standard breakfast to start your day. »

« Everything was perfect,close to all I needed »

« quiet, easy access. elevators. only problem we had was that we couldn't get the gas fireplace to work and I didn't get an answer at the office when I called. I only called once. »

« The hotel was clean. Our bedroom was huge and clean. All the amenities were there. It was close to Biltmore house. Housekeeping and everyone were very helpful. »

« Tout était parfait »

« Very friendly reception. »
