„Room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and we got to use the pool with no one else coming in-what a treat! Beds were comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was wonderful! I very much appreciated the Gluten Free Muffin availability, as well as the Dairy Free milk! I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!“

„I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.“

„Overbooked and got put into rooms different from what was booked. Elevators were not working during stay. Room layout is odd with mini fridge under bathroom sink. Shower had fogged glass window into bedroom. Bench is right under tv so can’t really sit on it without bumping your head.“

„Clean, large room and nice staff. Nice big parking lot with good lighting and generally felt safe. As others have mentioned, street noise is very much an issue in the room. Ironically, the breakfast area on the first floor is very quiet and no road noise was noticed. Makes me think that if they had used higher quality windows for the guest rooms the noise issue would be fully resolved.“
