« The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights. »

« 1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM.
2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping. »

L'appartement ne correspond pas du tout aux photos.
Les parties communes sont sales et sentent le pipi.
Il y a du vent qui rentre dans l'appartement.
L'eau chaude est très limitée.
Tout à commencer avec le check in qui a eu lieu dans le coffre d'une voiture au parking (sous-sol).
Attention c'est un piège »

« Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth.
