Im Stadtzentrum von Arezzo, neben Casa Vasari, liegt es den alten Palast von 1600 der Ubertini Conti. Nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, die alten Küchen des Schlosses in ein elegantes und gemütliches Gästehaus wurde mit allem Komfort und mit einer Vielzahl von kleinen faszinierende Ecken ausgestattet umgewandelt.
Fein mit antiken Möbeln und Teppichen und Antiquitäten, ist Locanda Bellavita eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmer und eines mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Wanne und ein Bad mit Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit ein riesiger Kamin, Esszimmer und Küche professionelle Küche.

Außergewöhnlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail - Exceptional with great attention to detail

Schon die Vorab-Kommunikation lief super. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Erschwert durch eine Gehbehinderte Person in unserer Familie (7 Personen), wurde uns die Einfahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone in der die Unterkunft lag, sofort ermöglicht. Wer Italien kennt, weiß das dies per Videokamera polizeilich überwacht wird. Zeitgleich haben wir eine Zusammenstellung von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zugemailt bekommen. Vorbildlich. Zur Unterkunft selber gibt es nur einen einzigen Kommentar: außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Den offenen Kamin, sowie die Soundanlage haben wir rege genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war absolut vollständig und hochwertig. Auch der Gastgeber Stefano stand uns mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung und war darüber hinaus auch noch mit uns privat unterwegs. Eine solche Gastfreundlichkeit findet man sehr selten. Wir sind sicher, das wir nochmal kommen – so schön war es. Vielen herzlichen Dank Stefano! Even the prior communication was great. All questions were answered immediately. Complicated by a handicapped person in our family (7 people), we were immediately allowed to enter the restricted-traffic zone where the accommodation was located. Anyone who knows Italy knows that this is monitored by the police with a video camera. At the same time, we were emailed a list of sights, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Exemplary. There is only one comment about the accommodation itself: exceptional and with great attention to detail. We made good use of the open fireplace and the sound system. The equipment of the accommodation was absolutely complete and of high quality. The host Stefano was also available to us with advice and action at any time and was also on the road with us privately. Such hospitality is very rare. We are sure that we will come again - it was so nice. Thank you very much Stefano!

Tolle Stadtwohnung mit außergewöhnlichem Flair

Die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung ist sehr gut in Arezzo´s Altstadt gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadtmauer (5 Min.). Zum Ausladen kann man vors Haus fahren. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ein toller Mix aus Antiquitäten (Möbel, Gläser, Dekoration) und Supermodernem (Bäder) und obwohl die Außentemperaturen deutlich über 30 Grad waren, war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Wände, Decken, Balken, Türen inkl. Schlössern und Böden sind noch original und restauriert worden. Ein Fotobuch mit Bildern über die verschiedenen Renovierungsphasen (Vorher/Nachher) sind schon sehr erstaunlich und lassen erahnen, dass der Eigentümer viel Zeit und Muße aufgewendet hat. Herausgekommen ist eine außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung. 2 Nächte waren eigentlich viel zu wenig, um sie zu genießen.

This place had it all - fabulous location, incredible ambience and the most amiable host you can imagine. It immediately felt like home. We spent two glorious weeks there enjoying an amazing city, beautiful nearby small towns and Stefano’s custom brand of hospitality. This is his passion and it shows. This home goes so far beyond a charming and luxury guest house. Everything was perfect, from first booking through departure. Stefano is an artist at welcoming and caring for his guests, even feeding us fresh made biscotti and fresh sliced prosciutto and bread sticks beyond compare. So much thoughtful detail in every corner-from music to books to wonderful towels, magnificently scented soap, to coffee to fridge to stove. The rain shower is amazing, as is the garden. We traveled to Montepulciano one day, then cozily enjoyed Arezzo. Again our host went out of his way to recommend perfect restaurants and even a laundry facility. We fell in love, and didn't want to leave.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. Don’t hesitate. Just book it.

Beautifully executed update on a historic home in the quiet part of Arezzo. Stefano is an amazing host. There is darling old family-owned cafe right across the street for coffee and pastries. No ac, but we were there in 95 degree end of June/july and fans kept us very comfortable. Although… keep in mind we are from Texas and are used to heat. We stayed here so we could access all the Tuscan towns we wanted to explore. All within 40mins-1.5 hrs drive. The home is in a ZTL zone, but parking is very close by. It’s super safe here and Arezzo’s centre city is lovely. There is a gem of a garden in back to enjoy each morning and evening. I would have packed up Spritz, the dog, and taken him back to the US with us if I could have pulled that off without Stefano knowing. We flew into Florence, drove to Arezzo and on our last day left our car at the Arezzo rental drop and then took an easy high speed train to the Amalfi coast from there.

Stefano is a host extraordinaire, very responsive and helpful with any needs or questions.The home has been quite remarkably redone. If you ever wanted to know what is like to live in an old stone castle but with modern amenities, this is the place!The location in the city is perfect for walking out your door and exploring museums, restaurants, and people from all over the world. Arezzo is also a great base to discover the Tuscan region. You are an hour or less from hundreds of wineries and quaint towns. The roads traveled to these places are quite the experience in themselves and are not to be missed.There is a college town vibe in Arezzo with young students around in the evening hanging out together at their favorite spots talking about their day. Arezzo the city along with the location and amenities of this historic home made our stay here a cultural, gastronomical, and lovely experience!I would highly recommend some time spent here in the home in Arezzo!!

This place is amazing and was by far the best part of our trip! It was artfully and thoughtfully restored with a huge stone fireplace, large spacious rooms, and beautiful new modern bathrooms with all the extras. Stefano was the best host I have ever stayed with, was on the property to help whenever needed and provided us with many recommendations for restaurants and wineries. Incredible stay

Groups of 3 friends stayed at this incredible apartment for a week to explore Tuscany. The place is just as charming as the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part is the host Stefano (and Spritz of course), who was happy to provide help with our planning, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc. above and beyond any other host I have experienced. Wonderful, Elegant Apartment with Fun Host

Great communication from Stefano before and during our stay. He met at the apartment and showed us the ground-level elegant, clean apartment with an beautiful upstairs garden. Stefano was very informative with great restaurant and travel recommendations. Great morning espresso & bakery is across the street, while several restaurants are a 5-minute walk.Stefano made my son laugh for four days and was incredibly entertaining. He speaks excellent english and is quite a character. Stefano is worth the trip to Arezzo...he cares about his guests and wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience.

Relaxing in Tuscan

We received a text from Stefano a couple hours before our arrival with directions and letting us know we could arrive anytime. He met us at the house and did a very good job showing us the property and giving instructions on a few things. He also gave us dining and touring recommendations that all turned out to be great. The house is very old not in a bad way in a cool way. Everything worked and it was very clean. We were able to walk to a different restaurant 5 nights in a row and there were plenty we missed. Arezzo is close to a lot of attractions so we were busy for 5 days.I would recommend this property to anyone seeking Tuscan charm.Thank you Stefano

Step into authentic Italy - Arezzo

From the moment we stepped off the train platform until we sadly departed, my wife Jenniffer and myself we're enamored with Arezzo. What a beautiful place to conclude our journey to lovely Italy. Stefano is an amazing host, filled with insight and impeccable taste and his reimaged apartment was both filled with luxury as well as authenticity that was true to the spirit of Tuscany and the those that lived before us and resided in the streets and public squares of Arezzo. Centrally located you are a short trip from many of the beautiful cities of Italy including Rome, Florence, and Pisa to name-check those that we visited within the range of our home base in Arezzo. We could not have asked for a better property, location, or host! Stefano greeted us at the train station and helped us get settle in - we felt at home from the minute we arrived! There was a fire going, wine available and the atmosphere was perfect! The pictures do not do it justice - it is even more impressive and spectacular in person. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our host and the city of Arezzo - both are gems. From the quaint bakery across the street where we enjoyed a cappuccino and pastries every morning, to the history awaiting around every corning, our visit exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return to this fabulous property and charming city! As for hosts...Stefano and his dog Spritz, five stars does not seem to be enough. We are already looking for a time to return!!

Warm; clean; comfortable; well-located to everything—including parking. Quiet street-level apt with great caffe-Pasticceria a stone’s throw from front door. We very much enjoyed our stay there for 1 wk.

Stefano our host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for all of us! He provided a wonderful wine tour of the area and cooking class with dinner. Only concern was sooo much food! We loved the location of Arezzo with our other trips. Trains worked so well. We will be back and looking for mi amico Stefano

Beautiful Tuscan Stay!

Centrally located. One hour from all the great Tuscan towns, absolutely beautiful apartment and grounds! This is our second time here and we have loved it both times! Hope to return again!
