« This apartment was an excellent choice for our group of 7 adults. It is conveniently located in Palermo, near many restaurants and shops. There are several grocery stores a few blocks away, an Italian cafe across the street that serves house made pasta, and a gelato shop around the corner. If you want to take public transportation, the 110 bus is 2 blocks away, on Avenida Scalabrini Ortiz, that will drop you off close to the Subte station. « This property warrants more than 5 stars. It is absolutely beautiful with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. Pool &grill are an added bonus. 6 adults managed quite well with room for everyone. Apartment is comtemporary in design, very well appointed and gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Neighborhood has lots of good restaurants and wine bars. Can't go wrong with this property. Beautiful !! »

« 3 days after the reservation and only 3-4 hours before the check in the host canceled. We found out only 1 hour before check in and as we had just landed in El Calafate. Host sent us one single sentence in Spanish, offered no explanations nor any suggestions to help us find something at the last minute. I contacted the host for help and got back no responses. We wish truly to have been able to stay and recommend this property to others but be aware of last minute cancellations. To VRBO: just...

« The contact person never responded to us and never gave us the info needed to get into the apartment. We needed to find another place to stay at the last minute. I recommend that people avoid VRBO and Expedia, due to the lack of response, lack of access, lack or refund, and the need to incur higher costs with alternative lodging.The worst customer service ever. »
