« La piscine et le bain a remous sont trop chlorés, cela nous a donné mal à la tête.. L'hôtel est sale. Le premier matin quelqu'un a renversé du café dans l'ascenseur. Personne n'a nettoyé et le sol est resté sale et collant pendant 2 jours. Le canapé de la chambre était tout tâché. »

« I booked this room last minute and arrived late at night. Check in was easy. Got inside of the room and it smelt like smoke and there were cigarette burns on the blankets and stains. I returned to the front desk and informed the man that I could not stay in the room. He assured me that a refund would not be an issue and to contact Expedia. I was refunded without any issues. Even though the room was not to my standards I appreciate the gentleman being polite and able to assist. »

« We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place.
