« Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. Thanks for the enjoyable family get away. »

« Beautifully-kept home in a safe & quiet neighborhood right there on the water. So nice to have a boat slip on the property! Check-in and check-out were seamless. Great communication with owner. Plus, and this is a big deal, I have never stayed at a house that had so many “everyday living” amenities covered for you! From paper towels to aluminum foil to spices and even laundry materials. That was SUCH a relief to already have those items on hand. Thanks so much! It was an enjoyable experience! »

« Reminded me of the old apartment me and my fiance used to live at, so it was very nostalgic for us. Loved how they renovated the unit but still kept a lot of the old charm that made the house so unique, especially the doors and original wood floor. Very impressed with the creativty used for the design. Only thing I found missing was the backporch light wasn't turning on, but that's a very minor issue and barely worth a mention since it was too hot and buggy at night for us to hang out in the...

« Cute little cottage. Perfect size for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. Pretty view. Toilet runs but other than that no issues. Plenty of towels and hot water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again! »

« We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was cozy yet spacious. Perfect for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the paddleboards and fishing. We planned activities in the surrounding area, but couldn't wait to come back to the cabin each day. The hosts were very welcoming and were fun to visit with. They had great recommendations and knew a lot about the area. We plan to stay again if we are back in the area. »

« Cannot say enough about how completely relaxing this cottage is! Every possible amenity is provided, the view from the deck is beautiful, landscaping is charming, it is always immaculate, and it so quiet, yet close to everything we like (by boat or car)...Back Porch Grill, Fisherman's Wharf, boat launch, marina (for repair or gas), and Garvin's Gardens. We try to come here at least once every year, and somehow it just keeps being better! Thank you Marie for providing NIRVANA II for us. »
