« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

The area around the hotel was nice, and after a long day on the road, it was a comfortable place to stop and rest. Everything about my stay was smooth and enjoyable. « Someone had filled the hot tub in with concrete. The pool was out of service, half empty, Green and had a dead raccoon floating around in it. there was a homeless guy running around the parking lot, but otherwise the staff was very friendly and the property was pretty clean. »
