„We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful. The cleaning was immaculate and everything was easy to figure out in the check-in process. The view in the morning over the lake was outstanding. And we loved the privacy and independence it gave having little kids able to have somewhere to play and run around in the living room vs. having a hotel room. We will definitely be booking here in the future when the time comes.“

„It was quite/ peaceful/ And clean/ everything was perfect for me and my family.“

„Very nice stay and owners were very responsive when messaged. Very clean and the departure instructions were clear. I would definitely stay again!“

„Everything was great. Host was very attentive. The property exceeded my expectation!! Highly recommend.“

„Just what we needed for the area at a great price“

„A horrible experience. The room and bathroom were very dirty. There were spiders and small cockroaches, and the room smelled strongly of dampness and stale cigarette smoke. The actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The only positive thing about my stay was the receptionist, who was friendly and welcoming when I arrived.“

„Cozy roomy clean“

„It was nice. I would suggest having mirrors in every room and definitely all bathrooms..“

„Beautiful property, can't wait to return!“

„Rooms were tidy with quiet corridors.“

„My stay was very relaxing. My family enjoyed the welcome amenities, coffee bar, snacks and cold beverages in the refrigerator. We wished the shower worked but other than that our stay was comfortable. The area was a little sketchy but we felt safe and the neighbors did speak.“

„Very clean and cozy!“

„Great clean pet friendly place, highly recommend. Huge open backyard. *no fence make sure to bring dog collar and/or leash* Jess is and awesome host! Can’t wait to stay again.“

„We had a wonderful time, went to the crater of diamonds several times, pet friendly, meant the owner a very friendly and accommodating person. Thank you“

„This is a super place for a Rick hound looking for a clean, safe and reasonable place to stay close to Crater of Diamonds State Park. Very nice property with rustic decor and comfortable chairs & beds. The shower is super - good enough to be the sole reason to stay here. The host is very accommodating and easy to work with; gave us some great insider information for our brief stay. You might find cheaper in the area, but nothing better. This WILL be our go-to place for future trips to the ...

„Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit. Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood.“

„My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and loved the chance to slow down from the pace of life back home. This cozy gem is well worth the stay! Jamie was extremely helpful throughout our stay and very responsive to communications.“
