It was very complicated to get into the accommodation. The description of the procedure was sent by email and was written in poor English. It also only partially matched the situation on site. There was a set of two keys in the key box. I used both keys, as you'd expect. The door wouldn't open. No one answered the contact number (in the email), even after trying several times. So I sent a text message. The replies didn't help and took several minutes to arrive. Then they said they'd try to work something out with the owner. Then nothing for about 20 minutes. After about an hour of slow communication, I lost patience and wanted to find a new hotel room. Now the other side finally took action and wanted to send someone. After another 15 minutes, someone came and solved the problem. The solution to the puzzle: the security lock could be opened by turning it in the opposite direction (unconventional!). I was not at all satisfied with the service, which cost me a lot of nerves.
The apartment was nice, but poorly cleaned. There were fish scales stuck to the floor.
