« The staff was absolutely excellent! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great enthusiasm and customer service by the bellman who helped us right away. The front desk clerks(Sa’Rencia, Suany, and Markeeta) were extremely helpful, friendly and transparent. I love how they kept me updated and in touch by asking if I needed anything through text message -which was super innovative to me- even after we left.
