Finding this place in the dark no porch light on so it was hard to find the address on the unit. Was told must park in the back and to park next to a dumpster that smelled horrible. The property was pretty messy on the outside and unkept.
Also got woken up on saturday am around 7:30 by kids jumping around in the unit next to us. When i msged owners they stated the “local noise ordinance is 7am”. So basically I should not complain. Nothing in description about...

« This place actually surprised me. It was in the city, which I usually only rent rural properties, but you wouldn't think it was in a city because it's near the campus. The campus is incredibly well kept and the surrounding neighborhoods are incredibly well-kept. This is an All-American neighborhood that literally looks like it would be in a calendar.
