« Our stay was in memory of a previous visit to the Terminus. The staff were wonderful, particularly Romi. On book in we had a small studio but there was no parking available which was a major problem due to the medical issues of both my wife and self. I became emotional and Romi managed to organise a parking spot and upgraded our accommodation to make us more comfortable. The apartment was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay that we will remember always. The is a very well run establishment...

« Vaste maison confortable avec garage très difficile d’accès. L’allée et l'entrée sont très étroits. Accessoires de cuisine très limités. Laveuse et sécheuse très apprécié. Nous avons eu un problème d’internet le soir et il a pu être réglé le lendemain matin, car le bureau est fermé le soir et n’ouvre qu’à 9 am. La maison offre une jolie terrasse et se trouve près d’un centre d’achat pour les emplettes. »

« We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...
