„A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing.“

„Very good rooms, I enjoyed staying here very much. The personal is always friendly and helpful. If I come back to Shiojiri someday, I would book this hotel again!“

„It’s good for staying a person.“

„The Inn is about a 15 minute walk from Narai station. It is located in a former elementary school which gives it a nice look and feel. The lounge area is a nice place the sit and relax. Keep in mind that after 15:30 it is no longer possible to order coffee. For diner they serve 2 sorts of pizza, margeritha and quatro formaggi. There are not a lot of options to eat in Narai so either being your own instant noodles or reserve ahead. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are a ...

„Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Tolles Ambiente und super freundliches Personal.“

„Das Frühstück hervorragend. Welcome Drink. Schöne Lobby und Zimmer. Ruhig.“

„A real honor to be able to experience this ryokan ! The room had a private Onsen which was already full and ready for us to use when we arrived. Everything was clean and comfortable The food and breakfast also very delicious So lucky we got to stay here during our trip and we experienced Narai Juku before all tourists came to sight see . Certainly a highlight“

„A great stay - a convenient location“

Großzügige Auswahl an Utensilien.“

„Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Die Zimmer waren riesig. Das Personal sehr nett.“

„Positive: clean, close to station Negative: everything else. unfriendly staff, uncomfortable beds, small room. Booked for four, but only received towels for two. Upon request, we were informed that children don’t get towels. Never again!“

Toiletten-Schuhe. Der Onsen-Bereich inkl. Ssuna ist wunderschön. Eine absolute Empfehlung, wennSie in Matsumoto sind.“

„Incredible price value proposition. Room and hotel was well maintained, there is a public bath included as well. It's at a good spot to explore Matsumoto.“

„Spacious, comfortable and clean traditional Japanese room. Old but well maintained. The view from the room was great, the Ibsen was nice. Overall a very pleasant time spent in the hotel during the daytime/evening. Instead of beds we hat to sleep on futon directly on the floor - I was looking forward for a bed in the next hotel. Still, would definitely return.“
