« This property was perfect for our girl's gathering. Aside from the occasional voices coming from walkers on the bike trail (not bothersome at all) it was very quiet and serene. There was plenty of space to spread out even though we congregated mostly upstairs near the kitchen. We really enjoyed the space outside under the car port. Close access to Downtown Leesburg and Purcellville. Kitchen was stocked enough for our needs, as well as items for the bathrooms. Zero issues with the property which...

The only comments not entirely positive (but worth noting because it was one of my deciding factors in booking this property) is that the hot tub was not clean enough for us to be comfortable using (it is in the woods and may have been pollen coming through the screens—but it was covered) and I think one of the queen sized mattresses does need to be replaced in...

« This was the perfect place for our family reunion - gathering family of all ages from across the country for 5 days! Kids (young & old!) « Scenery was beautiful. The property is perfectly set up for hang outs, games and nights in. My only concern, which is an easy fix, would be to get a longer hose that reaches the campfire. Just in case anything happens, or to make it easier to put out your fire at night, a water hose close by would be nice. Otherwise, the home is PERFECT! »
