« We stayed here for the waterpark which was closed during our stay. We asked for our room to be upgraded due to this and we got the exact same room we reserved online. The pull out couch was disgusting, it had stains on the mattress. Expedia stated there was a full breakfast and that was not the case either. The restaurant and breakfast was also closed so all we had for breakfast was coffee and a muffin. The staff were very nice however our stay was disappointing. »
