„This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return.“

„Joe is an excellent host, very friendly. Home was very homey he had fridge full of water and soft drinks and plenty of coffee. When we come back plan to stay there again. Made a homemade peanut butter cake and shared with us I had my morning coffee sitting out in the backyard.“

„The place was spacious and clean. Communication with host was fast. Would recommend this location :-)“

„Great location and a great stay! The host provided a folder with extensive information of things to do for all ages in the area. We had no clue there was so much to do around the area, but grateful for the information. Check in and check out was very easy, and overall a great stay.“

„Host and house was wonderful!! Smooth and easy check-in and checkout. Location was perfect for our needs of floating the river and seeing local attractions for a weekend family getaway.“

„Amazing property. Very private in the woods. Fire pit and patio was beautiful. Front and back is super private. It is close to the park and restaurants. It is one bed room, spacious bathroom, open kitchen and family room. There is bed in the loft. It is good to two to four people. We have a very relaxing time. Everything was perfectly clean.“
