Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula. »

« The house was wonderfully well kept and clean. We were able to get to the beach and the harbor area super easy. Both were about a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. We cooked some meals at the house and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area! »

The house was perfect for a group, having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their space, and the living areas were a great size for hanging out together.The location was a highlight too. Being walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and bars made the whole trip so easy and fun.Would definitely recommend this place for a group weekend trip. We had a great time! »
