« We came to Alabama for my birthday yo visit family. The home is beautiful and the most comfortable and well stocked home i have ever stayed in!! Everything was clean and the coffee bar made my stay!! The owner is lovely. She even added a birthday sign for me. ❤️ The home is close to tons of eating and shopping options but in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds. Theres even a fire pit area! We didn't get to do that but this will not be our last stay here. It definitely felt like a home away...

« The house is exactly as described. Lance is quick to respond, at any time. Very easy to communicate with. This is a clean house and has everything that you may need while being "away from home". Great hospitality. The shops downtown were cute. Hike and bike trails are all around. Tons of parks and a nice botanical garden not far from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat. »

« After 3 days riding cross country, 5 motorcyclists spent a great 3 nights at "The House On The Lake". Wonderful place, lots of charm and loads of lakeside deck...and our own pier! The covered parking was a huge bonus. Nice place to clean the bikes and keep them out of the elements. Surrounded on three sides by water on a placid lake - it was a terrific place to recharge. Highly recommended! »

« Fisherman this is a great house. House is located midlake and can accommodate 3 boats though one will have to have 100ft cord to charge batteries. Ramp is a bit to steep for bass boat launching but Lincoln ramp is 13 minutes away and other further south are within 20 minutes. If we ever come back to LM this will be the first place i check. Beds were great, home had everything we needed for a week away from home. 100% book this! »

« The property was exactly as described, it was beautiful and relaxing. The only thing that the container cabin needs is a television, it was a football Saturday and my husband is a huge football fan, but thank goodness we meet some great people that let him watch the game. « House is unique - nice furnishings, comfortable, charming interior. Beautiful views of the lake. Lots of stairs to get to the house and lots of stairs getting down to the water. AC wasn’t working. Knob of main bath shower fell off so we had to use the guest bathroom for showering. »

« Overall the stay was wonderful. The deck was my favorite location. HOWEVER, it was infested with spiders. They covered everything from floor to ceiling. I didnt notice them inside the rental. »

« The house is very large. The bedrooms were nicely decorated & were spacious (except the small one on the main level.) Bathrooms were a pleasant superise - nice showers, tubs and heated toilet seats, which were great during the cold weather.The living areas of the house were great! Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Two refeigerators were very handy. The closed in porch is wonderful - kids and grown ups loved spending time there. We even managed to prepare a full Thanksgiving...
