âIn April I booked our room for October, asking for a bathtub. The hotel confirmed that they would provide it as I booked so much in advance. When we arrived we got a room with a shower so I asked for a change, showing the confirmation I received. The receptionist did what he could but I was told that the hotel was fully booked therefore the change would be possible only from the following day. The room was beautiful and fully equipped, the only minus point goes to the lack of toiletries near the bathtub, as removing the shampoo/conditioner bottles from the shower was too hard. There was a little kitchenette with tea/coffee selection and multiple water bottles included.
Breakfast was simply amazing, multiple freshly squeezed juices and even condensed milk, which I have never seen in any hotel before. Meat, fruits, vegetables, egg station and hundreds of different options even for picky eaters.
The pool area was nice and clean but the water temperature in the pool wasnât inviting so I only used the hot tub.
The staff went all the way to make us feel special and we honestly did! I would stay there again without any doubt. "
