« Everything was great!!!! …. Except a hot tub was a key amenity for our rental selection … and we were familiar with and very much looking forward to the hot tub at Fasching Haus which we’d enjoyed in past visit. Only to come to find out upon arrival tha the hot tub was under construction. Very disappointed. »

« Amazing location. Unit in good condition. However the listing says ‘top floor’ and it was not the top floor, it is on the second floor and there is a unit a move it. No humidifiers in the unit was unfortunate. The staff was very responsive and helpful. »

« Location was perfect - can walk to everything. Having garage parking is a huge plus. The unit was super cute. My only negative is that the bedding and pillows are low end. I would suggest nicer pillows - like goose down or down alternative that aren’t so big and stiff, and some nicer quality sheets. »

« We had a great visit to Aspen and loved the location of this property! The host was very responsive when we had trouble with the air conditioning. The team was quick to respond and brought an extra cooling unit to help until HVAC experts could visit the next day. The unit faces west and takes on a lot of afternoon heating. The place is well appointed and had basic supplies to make morning coffee or tea, laundry supplies for washing clothes, etc. The living room furniture was comfortable for...
