This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our 5 person family visit to Aspen. Having the bedrooms on different levels provided good privacy for all. The location is great. Easy walk into town and to trails along the river.

Aspen East End Condo

The property is half a house, 3 stories, on the East side of Aspen, near Snyder Park and the Smuggler Mountain trailhead. You enter the condo on level 2, where there is the main bedroom. You walk up to the living areas and down to 2 more bedrooms and the washer/dryer. The living area is very nice. Black granite countertops, good appliances, a nice sundeck/balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. My biggest criticism is that the downstairs is musty and moist. It feels like a basement. This might be better in the winter when the radiant heat tends to dry out places, but in the Summer, it's not pleasant to be down there. There is also some wall damage in the bathroom downstairs which looks like it is moisture related. The location of the property is great, being a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and downtown. I would give the entire rental a 4 out of 5.

Great place!

The condo is clean and well-kept. Great location just on the edge of town, easy access to the walking paths and very quiet. We had a great time with two other couples in town for a wedding!

Aspen house

It was a lovely stay. The house was well appointed and clean. The location too was ideal. One thought, however...I found the amount of texts from Vacasa were a bit overwhelming. I would suggest sending one text at the beginning of the stay saying if you need anything, please call or text, otherwise have a nice stay. Too many check ups which takes away from relaxing vacation. Thank you.

Convenient, Quiet and Comfortable in Downtown Aspen

We stayed here on the front end of a hut trip. We had 3 couples with ski and backcountry gear, so things were a little tight. The condo is perfect for a short stay at maximum capacity. The bedrooms downstairs are a bit small but the master on the main level was fine. The living area can seat four comfortably and six if you use chairs from the kitchen table. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The condo is super convenient to the bus stop for a ride to the base area and an easy walk over the foot bridge into downtown. The biggest issue was the iced-over parking area which was dangerous and really needed to be thawed with salt and then kept shoveled. It seemed like someone from the management company needed to do a walk-through at the condo. There were a ton a small things that needed attention (i.e. the can opener and the vegetable peeler didn’t work and should be replaced; the blind cord in the master bedroom was broken, etc.) It also would have been nice to have the contact information for the local management person in the welcome information packet, so we didn’t have to go through Vacasa’s main customer contact center. We had several issues with the alarm and lights left on in the loft (which we didn’t have access to) that could have been handled in a quicker, more efficient manner. Additionally, we never received any check-out procedures so we did what we normally do in VRBO rentals in terms of emptying trash, starting the dishwasher, etc. Would stay here again.

Clean & Close to Town

Our stay in Aspen was for a work related trip. All the spaces were clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was almost like staying in a hotel with our own kitchen. I would go back.

This condo was very small, bedrooms had no room for suitcases, 2 bedrooms you could hardly walk around beds. Living room only had seating for 4 but condo sleeps 6. If you don’t mind small this one is for you.

Great location but not the most comfortable

Condo is in a great location close to town, but has a few issues you should be aware of: The upstairs common room smells like cigarette smoke. I informed the manager of the issue (so we wouldn't get charged) and did get an option to have the cleaning crew come back out, but I don't think there's much they can do. The mattresses are old (you can feel each bed spring). Everyone complained about comfort sleeping The bedroom are quite small. The two smaller bedrooms really only have room for a bed, while the master has a little extra space. Luggage had to be kept in the hallway I wouldn't recommend if you plan to spend much time in the unit

Aspen Food and Wine Weekend

I stayed at this property during the weekend of Aspen Food and Wine with work colleagues. I am in the wine import business. The property was nice and in a quiet neighborhood with room for my friends and i to relax and with a nice balcony to get some fresh air and a nice kitchen to make breakfast every morning.. We brought bicycles to get back and for from events to the condo that made the trips back and forth really easy. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay in Aspen

property was nice in a beautiful area. walked to restaurants and town. The carpet sb cleaned on bottom floor and we saw one bug on floor when we entered. other than that it was a clean property decorated cute and felt comfortable. Kitchen and living room area also very nice.

Nice Aspen Abode!

It was a great location for our few day trip to Aspen. The apartment is nice, with private space for our group of three couples. When we checked into the unit, we noticed beds were slept in, bathroom counters and towels were dirty, and there were crumbs and garbage upstairs. But mistakes happen. The property management and housekeeping team were swift in rectifying this issue!

Aspen Downtown

This was our second time staying at the property. We love the location to downtown, Smuggler's, and Herron Park and bike path. There are three levels so be prepared for stairs from the bedrooms to the main living area/kitchen on the top floor. The unit is starting to look a little used in the carpet but overall its a great place for our family. Disclosure I am receiving a gift card for providing this review.

Perfect for LATs

We are a couple of LATs in our late 60s on our first trip together. It was perfect for us. Not only separate bedrooms but, separate FLOORS! Great quiet, location, close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Great location; great communication

We will definitely go back to this property. It was perfect for our family, the location was amazing (close yet quiet), the communication was excellent. Just bring your own soap if you don't want to use the many small bottles of shampoo provided. Otherwise, fantastic place!

Great space and fantastic location

Loved the outside decks in this quiet neighborhood. Took advantage of the close walk to downtown and trails. Living space was stylish and well maintained. A great location to enjoy Aspen from.
