„Dass erste Zimmer wurde nach Reklamation sofort gewechselt. Frühstück habe ich nur am ersten Tag genutzt. Außenanlage, Pool`s u.s.w. waren nur bedingt nutzbar. Der Shuttleservice war dass Beste, konnte ich immer nutzen, von Citymax Aqua zu Citymax City und zurück, auch mehrmals am Tag. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Würde es gerne nochmal probieren wollen, allerdings in der Saison. Preis-Leistung war OK. “

„If there was a 10 star rating I could select I would. The hotel is beautiful right on the Nile. The Nubian architecture and ambiance is stunning. Karim and is whole team gave my wife and I one the best experiences we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis, boat rides as well as providing us with recommendations for Egyptologists They truly made us feel at home and like family. The chef came and introduced himself our first out of our four night stay. He accommodated our Vegetarian diets superbly. ...

„this is a beautiful hotel and good amenities, but do not book if you are traveling with kids. it's on the other side of the river and you need a boat to travel.“
