The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Victoria metro station, which provides direct access to Monastiraki Square, the port of Piraeus, and Kifissia. Additionally, the electric railway station is only a seven-minute walk away, offering fast and regular connections to key areas of the city.

Guests have private access to the whole apartment and the spacious, sun-filled patio. Please note that the apartment is easily accessible via the elevator, which operates with a key. It's very important not to lose the key, as there is also a staircase from the roof down to the 6th floor as an alternative.
