A renovated apartment fully equipped for a truly unique stay. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center. My brother Stratos or I will be there to provide you with the best advice about Athens. We will both be at your disposal!

The space
The apartment is located on the first floor.

Its surface is 70 square meters consisting of:

•One spacious bedroom with a double bed
•One big bedroom with a double bed
•A second spacious living room with a sofa bed

Bathrooms
One fully equipped bathrooms, spacious with shower.

Kitchen
A 10 square meters fully equipped Kitchen. Appliances are from inox and the kitchen cabinets are wooden

The apartment has 3 air-conditionions ONE is each of the room and ONE in the living room.

FREE WiFi Internet access 24Mps INCLUDED

The guests would be provided with clean sheets and towels. Soap and shampoo is provided and also toilet paper.

If the guests wish there is a cleaning service available for 10 euros per hour - 2 hours are sufficient for a lite clean. There is parking facility next to the building.

Everything is very close! You are in the city centre. All Athens great monuments at walking distance or by metro. Acropolis Museum, The Acient market and all the historic sights are just a breath from the apartment. Cafes restaurants including top rated ones in JUST downstairs. Lots of theatres including are only a few steps.

I will be there in order to deliver the keys (we have a lockbox option as well) and to give directions to your favorite sites. I could even pick you from the airport with a fare lower than a taxi. During your stay you will have full privacy except if a maintenance is necessary. You can send message for anything you may need
