The apartment as a whole was lovely but i felt let down over silly things. As you were on holidays maria the 1st couple of days, i sent a message requesting local information from your colleague with no response. We also reported to you no large knife and importantly no sweeping brush or dustpan which meant by midweek we were walking on dirty gritty floors which was not nice . There was also no more black bags for the bathroom to collect the toilet wate paper. Lastly it is advertised as an apartment for 6 people but with the road noise level and no blackout shades or shutters on the front window and a very very uncomfortable sofa bed it makes sleeping in the living room impossible. My son wasnt able to sleep for the whole week. It is for this reason i would only award 4 stars

Super appart ensoleillé très propre
Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 nuits au Muse's residence. L'appartement était idéal pour nous 3 (2 adultes et 1 enfant)! Seul bémol, Netflix ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu des problèmes avec le wifi. Le problème s'est réglé quand nous nous sommes connectés à un autre routeur que celui indiqué dans les instructions.

Excellent appart a 20 min de marche de l'Acropole. Tres propre, tres bien equipé, avec une cuisine entiere. Une salle de lavage est disponible sur le toit du batiment (pour 4 appartaments) Transfer otganisé par la hote de et vers aeroport au besoin (en taxi pour un bon prix)

This was such a great place to stay for our family of 6. Our host was extremely attentive to our questions. The location is ideal for being close enough to walk, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist attractions. We felt like locals and we always greeted with smiles. We will be back! Five stars is not enough.

This was my favourite accommodation in Greece! The apartment was super clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The owner was very helpful and service was excellent. Highly recommend this property if you’re going to Athens!! We were able to walk to most of the historical sites or take the hop on hop off bus. We absolutely loved this place!!

The apartment was cool, quiet, and had everything (except a sharp kitchen knife!) that we needed for few days in Athens with our young family. Some of the furnishings etc are a little tired and the bed was broken when we arrived, but fixed a couple of days later. If we came back I'd probably stay somewhere more central or figure out public transport options earlier (pro tip: if you pass a metro station then get tickets, as they don't seem to be available at bus stops) but for the price it was a good option. Also, watch out for pickpockets (we had a phone stolen from a zipped bag on a bus).

A fantastic apartment in Athens in a very central location - close to everything & a 15 min walk to the Acropolis & Plaka. Bus stops outside front door to take you to the train station Really beautiful & modern space and very helpful host. Highly recommend. Would definite turn again!

This property was in the center of Athens major sight seeing was near by. A supermarket was in walking distance and so was many other stores. The place was easy to check in as it was self check in. The host was very helpful when questions were asked.

It is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. All furniture, fittings and electrical appliance seem brand new and are in good condition. The open kitchen is very tidy and all necessary tableware, kitchenware and even seasoning are provided. The housekeeper is a very nice lady who not only gives us clear instructions of how to get to the residence by public transportation, but also provide us prompt replies whenever we have questions. I hope we could meet face to face when I visit Athens again. The residence is about 15-minute walk from the nearest subway station and there is a Route 15 bus passing by. A little bit inconvenience but acceptable. Highly recommend.

Property has everything you need. Beads and pillows very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Good location. Great host. I was contacted by the host right after I made my booking. She offered airport pickup for great price. I regret that I didn't request it as taxi cost me almost the same. It was a misunderstanding with our arrival time and the apartment wasn't ready when we arrived however the host offered me late check out as compensation. I think that was a great gesture. I totally recommend this property.

This is a great central place to stay in Athens. We were there 10 days and walked almost everywhere to all the sights. Clean, lots of room, easy check-in and quiet at night. When we messaged with a small problem we got a reply immediately.

Rooms smell bad, bad attitude.
The whole apt. has very strong smoking smell. text the host, told me to open the window get the fresh air. We were stay there two nights, did not get the daily cleaning and only two set of shampoo and body wash for family of four. The worst attitude was the morning we were check out. I told the host that we were going to check out @ 10am, however my son did not feel good on the morning, so we plan to leave around 10:30am. The host were knocking doors at 9:50, and ask us to check out within 15 min. otherwise will be additional night charge. The regular check out time is noon! Will never even come back here. Terrible services.

I am very sorry that we didn't exceed your expectations but there are several inaccurate comments from your side. You informed me that the apartment had some smoke smell after midnight and I suggested you to open the windows and I would pass through the next day, when I did so you informed me that you were out and told me that everything was perfect. There was no daily cleaning as based on our policy we do not provide, clearly stated in the listing. I was next to you, texting you and asking if there was something I could do for you during your stay and you always replied that everything was perfect. During your check out I didn’t knock on your door, the cleaning services might have done so but only after 10, since this were my instructions after I contacted you. If you had informed me that you would like to depart later due to your son, of course I would confirm with no extra charge, but you didn’t even told me. I am very surprised and disappointed with your review, since I took the extra mile. I hope you change your mind and visit us in the future and with good communication I assure you that you will enjoy your stay as all of our other guests.

Nice hotel
The hotel was quite nice,, no complaints. One of the recommended restaurants was very good. We had trouble figuring out the 15 bus, you had to buy tickets at metro, not on the bus. We never managed to catch the 15 back to the hotel at night, even following the OASA app, but it was a 20 minute downhill walk either through the park or around it. Other busses could get you close

Huge flat and a perfect spot in Athens
A great flat for our vacation to Athens. Pros- Large rooms Two pillows each Well stocked kitchen Labels in English everywhere Washer and dryer with detergent Secure building and room door Close to groceries, bakeries, food places Smelled great Cons- Neighborhood is a bit deserted with boarded up stores Our host was Amazing!!! Helped every single step of the way. She got us a taxi, found a place to put our bags before heading to the airport, answered a ton of questions.
