2. Hot water is provided via an electric water heater. Please switch it on 15–20 minutes before use and turn it off after showering for safety and energy efficiency.
3. Heating is provided exclusively through the air conditioning unit, which efficiently warms the space during colder months.
4. Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are respected in the building.
5. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
6. Please note that the apartment does not have a balcony. However, it features a large and bright window that allows plenty of natural light throughout the day.
7. According to current Greek tax legislation, hosts are required to collect certain identification details from guests for registration purposes. Greek guests may be asked to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN) and ID card details, while international guests may be asked to provide passport details.
