« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. It is quite a unique and peaceful accommodation in Robbinsville, NC, 30 min from the city accessible through a beautiful winding road while being very close to scenic roads and scenery like the Dragon’s tail road. « Perfect for our family. Our two dogs loved the fenced backyard. They saw horses for the first time! We spent a lot of time on the back porch. Quiet and restful. Close to everything. Highly recommend. »

« This is our second stay and we have already booked another date late this year. The apartment is pristine, spacious, and the beds are so comfortable. The host is wonderful and immediately responsive. We had to remove the cargo cage on our car temporarily and he helped us take it off our car and gave us a place to store it for a few days. We HIGHLY recommend this home. »

« What a wonderful place to visit!! Inside was charming with great views of the lake through large picture windows! We felt at home!! We highly recommend this place!!! They even offer small craft and a convenient dock!! We also enjoyed the variety of birds…. Egrets and bald eagles along with kingfishers and others. We would love to visit again!! »
