When I arrived, I found that the beautiful master bathroom shower was missing its showerhead and knobs. After notifying the owner, I learned that it was out of service due to a leak. The owner agreed to offer a discount because we were not notified. The house was clean and spacious, but it needed some maintenance. The paint on the wall in the downstairs shower was peeling. There were 5 lightbulbs that didn't work, and I replaced them. One of the master bathroom sinks was exceptionally slow to drain (almost unusable). The bifold closet door in one of the upstairs bedrooms was not attached. The front door lock stopped working because the batteries died. I replaced the batteries. Two days later, the back door lock stopped working. I also replaced those batteries. None of these things was huge on its own, but they were definitely indicative of a lack of maintenance.The back yard and deck were not at all what was depicted. The backyard was not a beautiful, grassy lawn. About halfway back, it looked like a construction site with large pieces of broken concrete and construction debris. The cushions on the porch were torn, with batting coming out of them. The porch had not been cleaned in a long while. We could not sit out on the porch because of the condition of the cushions and the buildup of dirt/mildew.Once they get the master shower working and do some upkeep, this will be a lovely house. Unfortunately, in its current state, it is not worth the money.
