Going to try to give a full review:Unit: To begin with, the listing is incorrect. This is a 4 bedroom unit with a king, a twin over double bunk, and a queen in each of the other two rooms. Not at all what is described. The house is clearly an older home that was divided into multiple units. This unit was nicely upgraded, but it is obvious that it was done with cost-efficiency in mind. Not a bad thing necessarily, but something I noticed.Cleanliness: The house was clean, but...Some of the sheets had stains (likely from being washed with darks or something). There were a few dead bugs in the master bath (at least they were dead). Overall, it was clean.Beds: The master beds (and I think the others) are full foam mattresses on fairly inexpensive frames. For some this will be awesome, for someone who likes a fairly firm mattress, this was brutal. Not the owner's fault...just personal taste. Renters should know what they are getting.Safety: I don't know much about Atlanta or city living. The area seemed a little sketchy, but I never saw anything that made me feel unsafe (just not sure I'd take a walk around the neighborhood). Misc: There is a store on the street behind the house that has floodlights on top as if it was trying to light the runway at the Atlanta airport. Even with the blinds closed, I could see all night without lights. For some this is not a problem, but it will ruin other people's night. I hope this helps.
