When I first arrived I didn’t know I could park downstairs at the entrance for 15 minutes time limit. I parked upstairs in the car garage and the elevator didn’t work and no sign informing guests. And it was cold outside. So I had to use the stairs to walk and I informed the front desk worker. She was friendly and professional but she never informed me that I was going to be charged $30 for parking upfront or anything. She asked for my debit if it is property damage in the room and I don’t recall seeing it on the app I used to book about parking. I chose this hotel cause it was convenient and close to my friend I was visiting. It was a busy night in the hotel and I was aware of a lot of charges and directions for the room key til morning of checking out after I was charged $60 at the gate and I could not reverse back to get better directions cause other guests were behind me beeping nor did they help when I asked what I should do to leave and go to get breakfast at around 7am. I rushed back in the office to explain the situation and show the charge on my the receipt from the gate. The front desk guy insured me I would be refunded for the mistake since I wasn’t aware and other hotel guests wouldn’t help or move out of the gate line for me to get out the way. I never got a refund like I was promised
