The kitchen is very nice and the communication was clear. We had air conditioning issues but it was addressed immediately. One of the rooms did unfortunately have a bad pet odor and wet carpet kind of made it worse so we had to wait 24 hours to use that room. Also the two rooms were very warm and having a special needs kid her asthma flared up because we did not have control over the air for the first two days. My daughter fell off a bench at the dining table because the legs were either broken or too loose to hold weight but she then fell. There was a spider issue which made it hard for my kids to bathe in the second bathroom so they were in the master bed which is very cozy for the most part. There was no compensation for those two major hot nights but didn’t expect it. We were offer to leave and be compensated for the last two nights well a night and a half but my wife was so over it she said let’s just suck it up. We had a soiled comforter and pillow which was disturbing so my son didn’t want to lay on it at all. Hair on the counter was found prior to using the bathroom which is a no no. I took that picture also. The bed was broken so my daughter slept on one side to be safe. Again they were in touch and was reachable but I expected more for what I paid. Sorry is not enough.
