CONS: Directions are lousy. Pictures of the building and parking lot would be more helpful. We were told to park in the monthly parking and IF we had to pay there was a QR code. We took that to mean if the monthly parking was full and we had to go to the daily parking, we would need the QR code--which by the way is on the way OUT not in. So we got two 37 tickets. So that could be a lot clearer and it should state parking is to be paid. It is hard to believe the cleaners made two beds and didn't notice the paper towel on the floor between them. We weren't touching it so my husband moved under one of the beds. Front desk person was rude, yelling at everyone, I was at the window and had to wait while she got IDs from everyone in the line and filled out their paperwork also. A line is a line for a reason. It does not matter that you are on the 17th floor--you hear all of the street noise. That place has zero insulation it sounds like. Water bottle in kitchen still empty--not that I wanted any but I noted that it was that way in another review and it is still empty. Don't think the air in the living room works. Beds squeak with every movement. PROS: Not far from aquarium. Beautifully decorated. Sheets are super soft. Thank goodness for the portable air conditioner in the bedroom---that worked well. Other than the papertowel and a bottle of water in the fridge, it looked clean. For the price, it is excellent though.
