Extended Stay Cleaning Fee



Stays of 5 or more nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $25 per 5-night increment. This fee is cumulative and must be paid before your stay begins or prior to confirming any extension.

5–9 nights → +$25



10–14 nights → +$50



15–19 nights → +$75



20–24 nights → +$100



25 nights → +$125



All adult guests must provide their names and phone numbers, and the booking guest must submit a valid photo ID (you may cover sensitive ID numbers before uploading). Third-party bookings must be disclosed in advance — undisclosed bookings may be cancelled without refund.
