« Staff was amazing. There was this front desk gentlemen named Miguel and was so helpful during my stay and definitely deserves a raise for his great service. Would recommend and if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay again at this hotel. »

« The night staff person was rude and inattentive to our requests. He refused to give us additional towels when asked. In, addition we informed him that our microwave was no longer working properly. It would not heat food. When asked for a replacement microwave, he refused and rudely informed us to use the one downstairs in the lobby. »

« Clean room. Staff was nice. The TV in the room is old school. So, no streaming services were available. Which is fine but we didnât expect it. Also, there was no mini fridge. Again, no biggie but havenât stayed at a hotel in awhile without a mini fridge and smart tv being default. The room was clean but there were no trash bags in the trash cans. The shower was either super hot or super cold. Itâs a good hotel but not for our needs. We wonât be staying again. »
