Our home is nestled in Georgia’s beautiful wooded landscape. As with any natural area, you may see insects or wildlife outside. We have regular professional pest control, but to help keep them outside, please keep exterior doors and windows closed. Thank you for helping us keep the home comfortable for everyone!

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Parking will be in our private driveway.

We ask that you please park on the street. If you choose to park in the driveway be careful there is a steep incline. If you have mobility issues, please take this into consideration.


• Check-in is at 3:00PM, and check-out time is at 10:00AM.

Door code will be provide day of check-in before 3pm.

During your stay, your host will be within reach via the Airbnb app, text and by phone. She is around the area if you need anything but respects your privacy.

Located on a quiet off street. This a perfect spot to get away from the intercity hustle. Looking out into the backyard is a wooded scenic view complete with a small Creek.

You can also save some gas and hop on the MARTA! There`s a short drive to the nearest station. Uber/Lyft both readily available and sometimes you can even find some Byrd scooters around!

We do Allow pets at additional one time fee of $115 per stay for a maximum number of 2 pets.
-Any damages or pet stains found will be billed directly to you.

Security Devices and Home Systems

Guests may not disconnect, cover, move, damage, disable, or otherwise tamper with any home security device or property system, including disclosed exterior security cameras, noise-monitoring devices, HVAC equipment, smart locks, or their connections.

If a device or system is accidentally disconnected or stops functioning, the Guest must notify Management immediately.

Intentional or repeated tampering may be treated as a violation of the property`s House Rules and this Agreement and may result in documented restoration or repair costs and other action permitted by the applicable booking platform and law.


Extended Stays: For reservations longer than 14 nights, we reserve the right to require a brief mid-stay maintenance cleaning to help maintain the condition of the home. If required, the cleaning will be scheduled with advance notice and provided at no additional charge to the guest.
