Private downstairs basement suite with separate entrance, located in a quiet Mableton neighborhood minutes from the Silver Comet Trail. Conveniently located about 20 minutes from Truist Park, The Battery, Wellstar Cobb Medical Center, and 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, making it a comfortable home base for work trips or exploring metro Atlanta. The suite features two bedrooms with Serta mattresses, a kitchen, private laundry, WiFi, and a fenced backyard patio for you or your furry friends.

Enjoy a completely private lower-level suite with its own separate entrance. Nothing is shared with the upstairs home except the driveway, which has a designated side just for you.

The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, plus a toaster and countertop oven for quick meals, and a full set of pots, pans, and knives. You'll also have your own private Whirlpool washer and dryer right in the unit, two bedrooms (one queen, one full) with Serta mattresses, a full bathroom, a living room with free Netflix, DVDs, and board games for your downtime, a desk area, and exclusive use of the fenced backyard patio.

The suite is accessed through the blue front door and down an interior staircase, so please be comfortable navigating stairs. The driveway is shared, with a designated side just for you (shown in a photo with your check-in instructions).

If needed, we're happy to drop luggage at the back patio entrance with advance notice; otherwise, luggage will need to be carried down the stairs at the entrance.

We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything. Reach out through the app anytime — we typically respond quickly. This is your own private space, but we're always close by if something comes up. If there's anything that would make your stay better, just let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen. :)

We have dogs upstairs, so depending on their mood, you may occasionally hear the pitter-patter of paws above you. If you're a light sleeper or not a dog person, it's just something to keep in mind.

Dogs are welcome with an extra fee for the additional cleaning needed — we're not set up for cats, so no cats, please.
